The Opportunity
We're looking for two (2) Fintech Partnership Specialists for a 3-4 months engagement to help onboard fintech partners.
This is a remote, flexible role focused on:
- Identifying priority fintech partners across Nigeria's ecosystem
- Engaging key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Closing up to 10 partnership agreements during the engagement period
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner organizations
- Negotiating partnership terms and ensuring mutual value creation
Ideal Candidate Profile
This opportunity is ideal for commercially driven professionals with:
- Strong familiarity with Nigeria's fintech ecosystem
- Existing relationships within fintech companies and key decision-makers
- Proven ability to move partnerships from conversation to execution quickly
- Track record of closing strategic partnerships or B2B deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setup
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential fintech partners aligned with Ensuram's strategic goals
- Initiate contact and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Present Ensuram's value proposition and partnership opportunities
- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding
- Track and report on partnership pipeline and progress
- Achieve the target of 10 signed partnership agreements within the engagement period

- 10+ partnership agreements signed within 3-4 months
- Strong pipeline of potential partners for future engagement
- Smooth onboarding process for new partners
- Positive feedback from partner organizations
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract Fee: ₦1,500,000 - ₦2,000,000 for the 3-4 month engagement
